Mike,
I am really wanting to get into this "crossfit" and am beginning the 16 day program, my questions are?
1. What type of rest interval should one take? is this meant to be an EVERY day program?
2. How does one determine their level of fitness since I can guarantee you that it will take the rest of the 16 days fro me to finish 100 pushups starting day 6?

Can you recommend an inexpensive outdoor timer that can be used for the timed events, tabatta intervals etc?
