Top 12 Ways to Prolong Your Life

I read a really interesting article by Dr Doug McGuff, a medical doctor who works in the Emergency Department of a major hospital in the USA.  He has listed his top 12 ways to decrease the risk of an early or premature death based on the recurrent accidents he sees in ER trauma patients.  I found it fascinating, especially points 1, 3, 5 and 12.
